ADVICE FOR OUR HOMEOWNERS

We want your Holiday Home to attract a lot of interest on our website, resulting in substantial bookings for you.  It is therefore important that you provide as much information as possible, remembering to keep details accurate regarding the property, inside and out, and its facilities.  Your Holiday Guest will expect to arrive at the Home as advertised. Below are a number of hints regarding the things you should remember to include:

  • Location – mention the best points about the area

  • Fixtures and Fittings

  • Distance from Airport/s

  • Distance to Restaurants, Beaches, Shops, etc.

  • Maximum Occupancy

  • Check-in/out Times

  • Security Deposit & Payment Terms

  • Cleaning Arrangements

  • Tourist Licence Number

  • Include your calendar “ical” link if you have existing advertising on airbnb or booking .com

The Holiday Guest will make direct contact with you, the Homeowner, and all communication and agreements will be made specifically between you.  All reservation deposits and payments will be made by the Holiday Guest directly to you, the Homeowner.

You, the Homeowner, are in control of your bookings, guaranteeing freedom and flexibility to manage your Holiday Home in the way you choose.  We provide you with a log-in facility and Dashboard so that you can easily keep your Holiday Home advertising up-to-date and add confirmed bookings to your calendar when received.

Villas4u-Spain provides a marketing tool for Holiday Homeowners and does not have any contract with the Holiday Guest, whether financial or otherwise.  We charge each Holiday Homeowner an annual subscription of 199 euros plus IVA per property.  Villas4u-Spain will not charge the Holiday Guest any additional commissions or fees.
